RECOMMENDED COOKING METHOD: • Place the cutlets, without defrosting, on a preheated frying pan with oil. • Fry on both sides until golden crisp. • Cover the pan with a lid, turn down the heat and cook for another 5-7 minutes until fully cooked. It is also perfectly steamed and suitable for baking.
