Sturgeon cutlets are a traditional dish of Russian cuisine, served on the table to the great tsar, princes and boyars. Our cutlets are based on the original recipe of Old Russian cuisine. The combination of selected fillet of sturgeon fish and natural spices gives the sturgeon a special tenderness and juiciness. When cooking, only fresh fish is used. Thus, we manage to preserve the maximum of taste and nutrients. Sturgeon cutlets are a valuable dietary product, rich in easily digestible proteins, Omega-3 and Omega-6, phosphorus and other minerals. Try and see for yourself the special taste of this traditional delicacy of Russian cuisine! RECOMMENDED COOKING METHOD: • Place the cutlets, without defrosting, on a preheated frying pan with oil. • Fry on both sides until golden crisp. • Cover the pan with a lid, turn down the heat and cook for another 5-7 minutes until fully cooked. It is also perfectly steamed and suitable for baking.
