Olive oil is produced from selected olive fruits. There are different ways of pressing olive oil, but one thing unites them - the drupes are not subjected to any heat treatment.
Extra virgin olive oil of the highest grade is produced by the first cold pressing of the fruit. To remove bitterness, olives are soaked and only then driven through a press. What additives of chemical origin are excluded during production. After squeezing, the mass is filtered, during which the pulp is removed. The resulting oil retains a unique taste, smell and even color. Unrefined olive oil is ideal for dressing salads and snacks.
