Cratos extra virgin olive oil is an unrefined olive oil for salads. NOT FOR FRYING!! Frying produces carcinogens and you won't like it. Product of the highest quality, extra virgin olive oil obtained by pressing olives exclusively by mechanical means. No heat treatment or chemical additives. The oil has a greenish tint and is packaged in a 1 liter tin can. So the oil is not exposed to sunlight.
