Description
Pomace Olive Oil is a second pressing oil. It is a natural olive oil obtained by the second pressing of olives. After pressing and refining, the oil is mixed with Extra Virgin (7%-10%). It is desirable to use such oil for frying and deep-frying, as it is resistant to high temperatures and does not break down into harmful substances. During heat treatment, the oil is almost not absorbed into the product, but only forms a crispy crust. It is less often used for dressing salads, since the oil does not have a pronounced taste and smell.
