Description
Barley is a culture of multifaceted use. Grain is used for food, technical and fodder purposes. Barley is processed into pearl barley and barley groats, and is also used for the preparation of brewing raw materials – malt. Fodder barley is rightfully considered one of the most useful components of the livestock diet, combining not only high nutritional value, but also a huge amount of nutrients and vitamins. It contains vitamins B1, B2, C and E, phosphorus, silicic acid, and also contains lysine, which is usually absent in cereals. Amino acids in the composition of barley contribute to the formation of natural protein in the body. Triglyceride and tocotrienol help maintain cholesterol in the blood at an optimal level, which means they have an additional healing effect.
