Non-alcoholic natural wine – CASA PETRU free alco, as a new healthy lifestyle category of drinks. Terroir product, the best calcareous soils near protected areas, Valul Lui Traian region, Iargara valley. The best grape variety is Cabernet Sauvignon, grown in the southern zone of Moldova. The color of the wine is garnet red with purple hues.
The wine has a smooth semi-sweet taste with fruity notes, which is balanced and ends with a refreshing finish. The rich aroma of the wine reveals ripe red fruits, minerals and spices, as well as a subtle combination of floral and fruity notes. There is a pleasant plum note in the drydown. Excellent as an aperitif, goes well with meat dishes, game and cheeses, even with sushi rolls. Served at +10°C.+12°C.
